Heartwood Grew Outdoors.

Daniel and Kryn met as undergraduates with a shared passion for the natural world. Through their education each took a unique approach to explore the intersection between the economy and the environment, and through their adventures built a passion to protect the planet. In early 2020 as the pandemic shook the globe, they launched Heartwood as a means to do right by the world and to promote a sustainable, just planet.
