Kryn Dykema
Co-Founder
Kryn is a sustainability professional specializing in emission reductions, sustainable finance, and innovative climate solution strategies. His most recent work has been in the investment space with Confluence Philanthropy where he helped mobilize a network of values-aligned investors, representing over $3.5 trillion in managed capital, to catalyze equality, environmental, and ethical investment strategies.
Kryn’s previous work has been with Big Sky Resort in Montana where he launched the sustainability mission for the ski area and advised the implementation of a sustainability charter for Big Sky’s parent company, Boyne Resorts. This initiative, now called the Forever Project, is live across each of Boyne’s 11 sister resorts.
His love for the mountains, and dedication to the preservation of Montana wilderness helped to re-imagine the environmental work of Big Sky Resort, and promote a sustainable future for the ski industry as a whole. He loves to ski, hike, bike, run and all other outdoor activities.
Kryn is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Corporate Sustainability at Harvard University and graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability and Urban Development.
